Ryan’s work at Cicero focuses on helping sponsors identify where AI and operational change genuinely move EBITDA and building transformation that operators champion instead of resist.

Ryan began his career as a Consultant at Accenture, where he contributed to health and life sciences engagements including a $77M business case for a top U.S. health insurer and a 67% reduction in onboarding process time during an $18 billion merger integration. He subsequently joined Macquarie Capital’s Financial Sponsors Group in New York, where he executed on more than $30 billion in debt and equity transactions across buyouts, M&A, and take-privates spanning technology, industrials, media, healthcare, and consumer sectors. Ryan joined Vici Partners, a boutique strategy and transformation consultancy, where he supported PE-backed and public companies — including surfacing $25M of incremental EBITDA visibility in five months for a Blackstone-backed technology company. Most recently, Ryan co-founded AGREED, an enterprise change management software company, where he served as CEO, secured $5M+ in financing, and became an early and pragmatic adopter of AI tools across operations, product, and go-to-market — building the hands-on experience that now grounds his AI advisory work at Cicero.

Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration from Brigham Young University’s Marriott School of Management, where he was a Beta Gamma Sigma honoree and Managing Director of Cougar Capital, a student-run venture and private equity fund. He serves on the board of Enhanced AI, a no-code AI agent workflow company.
