To understand the optimal sales channel and how to best position a new product, Cicero conducted online surveys, telephone surveys, and focus groups to create a go-to-market strategy. Five new products were compared in a conjoint study to forecast acceptance rates and to create the ideal bundles and pricing scenarios. Based on the detailed study, Cicero developed a market strategy surrounding design, functionality, price, and sales channel distribution of these products.
