Cicero conducted in-depth interviews with key stakeholders within each service line to succinctly define a firm’s Global Corporate Services market offering. Cicero developed positioning statements and marketing materials to further this value proposition, including a style guide containing the actual language and voice used in brochures, sales decks, client calls, conferences, and internal meetings. Cicero developed a strategy and set of attending tools to facilitate the roll out of this new messaging platform including laminated cards with the new vernacular delivered to all employees, a series of team meetings/events and press releases.
