Engagement Manager

Engagement Managers typically hold a graduate degree in business, analytics, or related fields. They join Cicero from industry with 5-7+ years of work experience in an analytical role, including prior consulting experience. Responsibilities include:

  • Effectively communicating with clients to understand business objectives and scoping project work to meet their needs
  • Selecting and structuring appropriate research and analytical methodologies
  • Leading teams in project execution, including ensuring analysis is accurate
  • Developing and delivering strategic recommendations and implementation plans
  • Building the firm as a member of the management team; responsibility for business development, personnel recruiting and training, leadership of internal firm initiatives, etc.

Associates typically hold a Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, or related fields; many have also obtained graduate degrees. They may join Cicero directly upon graduation from a graduate program or after 3-5+ years of work experience in an analytical role. Responsibilities include:
