Put simply, Cicero consultants solve problems. We work alongside our clients to explore and address their biggest challenges and to create positive, enduring change.
What We Do
At Cicero Group, no two days are exactly alike. On small teams, you’ll collaborate with energetic and bright minds with diverse perspectives to take on the toughest challenges in the public, private, and social sectors at startups, Fortune 500s, and everything in-between. Within a supportive environment, you’ll work hard to craft innovative strategies and bring about effective lasting impact. You’ll have the opportunity to lead and add real value to each of your projects. Open and honest communication is central to our philosophy, and at Cicero, you’ll find that your voice is not only heard—it’s wanted.
Growth is a core tenant of the Cicero Way. From day one, you’ll be paired with a mentor and have access to an expansive library of continuing education and professional development resources. We will help you identify and achieve your personal and professional goals. In turn, you’ll mentor others and help to create an even more dynamic, vibrant, and inclusive culture.
Our modern, collaborative office space is located in downtown Salt Lake City. Here, you’ll find yourself in the heart of a growing metropolitan area and a short drive from stunning mountain ranges. On the weekends, climb a mountain, ski first-rate slopes, fly fish in pristine alpine rivers, explore the thriving arts and music scenes, or attend one of the hundreds of local festivals. The convenience of a big city paired with extraordinary access to the great outdoors means Salt Lake City offers its residents the best of both worlds.

Engagement Managers are project leaders. You’ll lead teams of Associates and Business Analysts in executing project responsibilities and will develop client relationships as a trusted thought-partner and facilitator.
Associates are deeply involved in all aspects of the consulting process and work closely with Engagement Managers to guide larger and more complex project responsibilities. As a Cicero Associate, you’ll lead small teams of Business Analysts and play a central role in shaping our strategic recommendations.
Analysts form the heart of almost every Cicero project. In this role, you’ll be part of 1-2 project teams at any given time, leading the research and analyses that shape our strategic recommendations. Your colleagues and project leads will challenge you to develop new skills and will help you achieve your professional goals.
