Experienced professional and undergraduate candidates are expected to have robust quantitative and analytical skills and a solid foundation in statistics. Additionally, candidates should have a strong background in research, economics and / or business strategy.

General Responsibilities:

  • Market research and polling: develop research methodologies, design survey questionnaires and polls and analyze data.
  • Economic analysis: conduct macro- and micro-economic modeling, perform elasticity studies, model economic impact, and analyze cost-effectiveness propositions.
  • Strategy consulting: identify customers' primary needs, conduct market sizing, evaluate competition, forecast competitive behaviors and potential market opportunities, develop compelling value propositions, formulate new ways to improve clients' services and capabilities and present go-to-market strategies.

Application Process:

  • First, several members of the Cicero team review résumés in their search for the ideal overall candidate.
  • Cicero team members then conduct brief telephone interviews with a select number of candidates to better understand their academic and work experience.
  • Qualified individuals are then invited to our offices for in-person interviews with the senior management team.
  • Based on management's recommendation, several candidates may participate in a 10-16 week engagement in which they are given the opportunity to make significant contributions to major projects.
